Patch the following event for testing (SAKRAY SERVER)
Halloween 2011 Global Event
Premium Ticket NPC
Special Refine NPC
Stat Reset Service NPC (for patching next week - main servers)
Revert to old EXP table (Episode 23 version) -> Decision of Gravity to postpone the implementation after hearing PH's feedback
Disable the following items (F2P Servers)
Novice Butterfly Wing
Novice Fly Wing
Disable all WOE 1 Siege on Saturday, November 5, to give way for the LU Live 2011 event
Restore all Potions to all Tool Dealer NPCS (F2P Servers)
Change Empty Bottle price (via Tool Dealer) from 6z to 5,000 zenny (NEW LOKI only)
Apply hot fix on the following (for confirmation)
Rachel Agit Entrance Portal Bug
Disconnection issues of Male Genetic Classes
Item Drop issues of El Dicastes monsters
