Deactivate the following events
Midgard Crowd Control Event (NEW LOKI SERVER)

Activate the following event:
Simbang Gabi Event - (MAIN SERVERS) To be activated on December 14
Blue Bunny Band Upgrading Challenge - (VALKYRIE, VALHALLA, NEW CHAOS Servers)

Update Lottery NPC - New Rewards
Wipe select memos
Start deleting reported Super Novice Bug Quest Flags - Third Batch
Preparation for Episode 25: Port Malaya (Philippine Map) - Server modification (SAKRAY SERVER)

When using [Heal],[Sanctuary],[Potion Pitcher],[High Heal], [Coluseo Heal] to others: Recovery + 2%. If refine lv is higher than 6, additional Recovery +3%
Secret Stat Bonus # 1: When equipped with Healing Staff, recovery of [Heal],[Sanctuary],[Potion Pitcher],[High Heal], [Coluseo Heal] will increase 1% per refine level.
Secret Stat Bonus # 2: When equipped with Holy Stick, recovery of [Heal],[Sanctuary],[Potion Pitcher],[High Heal], [Coluseo Heal] will increase 3% per refine level.
