October 31 2011 (Emergency Maintenance)

Please be informed that there will be an emergency maintenance on October 31, 2011 from 8:30am onwards to fix the bugs reported when we launched Episode 24: El Dicastes. Please logout before 8:15am to prevent account-related issues.

We would like to thank everyone for their vigilance in reporting issues experienced in-game. We are already looking into your concerns and will continually address other issues as they arise. Please see some updates to matters that you have raised below:



No Drops from new monsters – Noted, this will be continually discussed with our developer
Genetic in Mid-Juno keeps getting Disconnected – Noted, this will be continually discussed with our developer
100% Death penalty upon death – Noted, only for F2P Server
Fox sprite error – Certain Hair design with sprite problems but will not cause any disconnection etc.x
x3 EXP is not applied – Noted, this will be fixed on the 31st
Novice Butterfly Wings and Flywings in Novice Grounds are present in F2P servers – Noted, this will be deleted by the next maintenance
NPC for Misty Island is missing – Noted, this will be included in our next maintenance
Portals Missing (Geffen) – Noted, it would be fixed by the next maintenance
Missing quest NPCs – Noted, this will be re-checked and applied by next maintenance
Torsen Issue – Abusers were already sanctioned and illegal items current circulating will be wiped and holder will be severely penalized
HP Nerf for RK – Part of Patch Feature together with the re-balancing of other classes’ HP
Skill and Buffs in the right side are Encrypted.- Noted
Missing KVM Points – Noted, this will be escalated to Developer
Stronger monsters ( x3) – Noted, Part of of patch feature
Soul Linker Job Change Quest is Still broken – Noted, this was already submitted to Developer for the hard fix
The new Super Novice Expansion Quest is broken – Noted, this was already submitted to Developer for the hard fix
Philippine Flag color – Noted, this will be fixed on next maintenance


Others:


CnR Playtime Series – For those who did not receive their rewards yesterday, we will be re-awarding them at 6pm tonight
